It's Never 2 Late offers customized training packages to meet the unique needs of your community and your staff.

When it comes to training, It's Never 2 Late has much to offer. We pride ourselves on developing training programs and implementation plans that are tailored to fit the culture of your community. Our It's Never 2 Late trainers assess the unique needs of the staff, the training environment, the community as a whole, and the team selected to participate in the training.

Plus, to achieve the outcomes that are important to you, It's Never 2 Late can incorporate your community-specific initiatives into the training. Whether it’s providing person-centered activities, group engagement activities, enhancing the rehabilitative care with our therapy applications, or integrating our sessions as part of community culture change, we will adapt our on-site educational training so that your vision is integrated into the training.

Traditional Training Package:

Although our facility trainings are customized to meet your needs, general aspects include:

  • The training takes place on-site and is split into two days for a total of approximately 12 hours of fun learning.
  • We combine a hands-on, interactive and experiential learning format. Participants learn the unique features of the adaptive technology and how to create personalized experiences for the residents.
  • Project planning and goal setting are key elements of the training discussions.
  • Our trainers help you to identify phases of implementation so the foundation is created to build upon each phase successfully. Training continues even after we leave!
  • Our trainers mentor your IN2L team members and work closely with them throughout the program implementation process.

Group Training – Multi Site/Large groups:

This would include our traditional training package plus:

  • Large group trainings provide the same opportunity for hands-on, interactive and experiential learning.
  • Teams network and collaborate to devise collective group goals as well as individual community driven goals.
  • For large groups two IN2L trainers will be onsite to deliver the highest quality training possible.
  • Both trainers will facilitate aspects of the training and even include "role playing" as a model of learning.
  • Our trainers mentor your team members and work closely with them throughout the phased implementation process.
  • We also provide an additional follow up training visit as needed and as determined by you.
