Q: How much does a system cost?
Our preference is to provide a free consultation where we try and match our configuration options with a customers unique needs. For budgetary purposes, a Therapy Lite system complete with multiple adaptive devices, mobile stand and multiple engagement devices (bike simulator, TV adaptor, video camera etc) costs approximately $6,900. Training plus installation costs $1,995 and the subscription is approximately $200/month per system. The entire system plus our subscription can be incorporated into a 3 year leasing deal for under $380/month.

Q: Can we put iN2L software / adaptive devices onto a community's existing systems?
The iN2L system is designed to provide a seamless way to open up literally thousands of games, programs and rich multimedia experiences. By providing our own hardware, we insure the experience is safe, secure and rarely has any technical issues. If anything goes wrong with your system, you simply call iN2L and we will fix it! There are no questions about where the trouble lies whether it's a hardware problem or software problem--we will make it work.
-
Q: How do the video care plans / multimedia profiles work?
Many communities use our platform as a launching pad to tell the story of their residents. Some communities take it an additional step and integrate multimedia components into their existing care planning process. It's Never 2 Late will provide training on how to use various software tools to help build the profiles and integrate them onto your new iN2L system.
Getting Started
-
Q: How much time between the time a customer commits to an order and the project launches?
We recommend about 4 - 6 weeks - that gives enough time to set up the Internet connectivity as well as getting all of the key staff lined up to be trained.
-
Q: What are the next steps if someone is interested?
Contact us to speak with a sales representative to answer any questions, request a proposal or schedule a free web demonstration online to show your team how the iN2L system works.
-
Q: What does our community need to provide to get this going?
Your community is responsible for providing some form of high speed Internet access, preferably off of a standalone DSL, cable or wireless connection. We take over after that. We line up a technical call between our tech team and your community's tech team to make sure the connectivity issues are resolved before installation.
IN2L Subscriptions
-
Q: Can I cancel the subscription if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely. We have no long term commitments for our content subscription.
-
Q: What's included in the subscription?
The iN2L subscription includes new content as well as technical support. The iN2L content is designed to allow your residents to stay engaged and connected through thousands of computer based experiences and activities. This content is primarily updated on a bi-monthly basis, with some applications updated daily and others weekly. Training
-
Q: What staff should be involved with training?
The training team should consist of a few key individuals from different departments. One member will be designated as the site coordinator and will help oversee the implementation and rollout of the program. The site coordinator will also be the primary contact with iN2L. Other key members should be individuals who routinely work with the residents through therapeutic recreation, rehab services or social work services. These individuals should be the ones who will be using the iN2L computer programming directly with the residents. It's best if at least one member of the team has some computer ‘comfort-ability', but with the touch-screen applications, no real technical skills are required.

Q: What’s included with training?
You have a choice of two types of training for your iN2L system; either in-person on-site, or online over the Internet through webinars. Trainings include a detailed introduction to the equipment, as well as an overview of how to integrate iN2L into your community.
- Web training: Involves two - two-hour webinars consisting of remote instruction for general operation, software use and content navigation. (Minimum 4 hours)
- On-site training: Consists of one day of customized, "in person" training of staff members at your location. On-site training offers a hands-on opportunity to explore all hardware and software components of the iN2L adaptive computer system with the added benefit of iN2L technicians who can install your system on-site.
Program management is included with training/installation packages to monitor the use of the system and provide constant program support.
